Simón N.A.F, formerly a Director and Head of the Indian Subcontinent at the prestigious architectural firm Aedas in Singapore and currently a Managing Partner at enzyme APD, founded glad.studio in 2025 to redefine how architecture engages with private clients.
With extensive experience leading large-scale projects within corporate structures, Simón sought a more personalized approach—one that transcends commercial constraints to offer bespoke, private client-focused design.
gl-ad.studio was established to operate beyond the traditional firm model, fostering a deeper connection between architect, client, and place. By working exclusively on private commissions, the studio ensures that each project is crafted with meticulous attention to detail, responding uniquely to the client’s vision while embracing both the local and global essence of the site.
